WATER & WASTE-WATER FACT SHEET FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT VISIONING SESSION
Warrant Article 6 at the 2002 Town Meeting authorized the issuance of $12,500,000 in general obligation (GO) bonds, which obligate all taxable
property in the Town, for water and waste-water infrastructure improvements. The article authorized the Select Board to obtain available grants, issue the bonds in phases and provided that the
authorization shall not lapse.
Design Capacity of 400,000 gallons per day (GPD) for both water and waste-water.

Two large pump stations, 23,200 LF gravity sewer, and 12,200 LF force main. |
